What is a Health Coach? The primary role of a health and wellness coach is to partner with their clients in the clients' efforts to adopt and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Health & wellness coaches are trusted advisors and are trained to help clients learn to nourish their mind, body, and soul.

I am certified through the American Council on Exercise. The ACE Health Coach Certification is the only health coach certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), considered the gold standard in health and fitness. 
The prevalence of chronic, inactivity-related diseases is on the rise. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately one in two people in the U.S. has at least one chronic health condition such as heart disease, cancer, hypertension, diabetes or obesity and one in four adults has two or more chronic health conditions.

As a Health Coach, I want to help by empowering clients to adopt and sustain healthy lifestyle behaviors that prevent, mitigate and even reverse chronic diseases. I can help you make changes that have a lasting impact on your health and wellness.
There are so many “fad diets” and it is challenging to know what is true or not. This is where I come in, as a Health Coach. I will help figure out what is the truth for you and your body. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get healthy, or reverse chronic disease, I will battle with you to win the fight.

I work one on one with a client over 6 months, with meetings every week. Most of my clients prefer a Zoom session or a phone call for our meeting. I also communicate through a private Facebook group and emails.
